3. How We Use Your Information (AI & Processing)

We use the information we collect primarily to provide our AI-driven resume tailoring services. This includes:

  • Analyzing your professional data against job descriptions.
  • AI Generation: We utilize OpenAI's API to process and generate tailored resume content. Per OpenAI's enterprise API policies, data sent through the API is not typically used to train their global models.
  • Processing package purchases and payments via Stripe.
  • Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. We only share information with the following service providers to operate our platform:

  • OpenAI: For AI text generation and analysis.
  • Supabase: For secure database storage, authentication, and file hosting.
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing and billing management.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your resumes or your entire profile at any time via the user dashboard.
